When you sign up for a ZipX account, you receive your own unique membership ID and a USA address. This new membership ID and address will serve as your new Shipping Address when you shop online, subscribe to a magazine or publication, shop while traveling or even when receiving gifts. Using a USA address you save money on shipping, receive your products faster and have the ability to track your shipments all the way to your door.
When your shipment is received by our facility (your USA address), it is processed and sent on a flight to Bermuda by the following business day.

ZipX makes returns easy for our members!
ZipX offers a return service for purchases made using your ZipX account. Just keep the information from the original shipment, print the return label and bring it to your local ZipX office. We can even pick up for an additional fee. ZipX takes care of the rest. We get your return back to the seller in no time so that you can see your refund as soon as possible.
